Terms, Privacy & Refunds

"Customer" - any person or entity placing an order or using the Site. "Product" - any product or service offered on the Site, including APEX guides, APEX source code licenses and build review sessions.

The Operator may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time an order is placed is the version that applies.

• •The Site offers digital products: online guides, APEX source code under a Creator, Commercial or Studio License, and related services such as build review sessions.
• •Screenshots, demos and descriptions on the Site are for illustration. Reasonable differences may exist between what is shown and the delivered version, as the product is updated over time.
• •The Operator may discontinue or modify any product at any time. This does not affect a purchase already made under its accepted terms.

• •Orders are placed through the Site. Payment is processed by our payment provider, PayPal (and PayPlus where offered). The checkout identifies the provider.
• •Card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are never stored on the Site's servers.
• •Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Any tax shown at checkout is included in the price shown there.
• •An order is complete only once payment is actually confirmed. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order before charging, for any reasonable cause (including suspected fraud or a pricing error), in which case the Customer will not be charged.

• •Digital products are delivered online: guides are read on the Site, source code is delivered as a download link sent after payment is confirmed.
• •The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided, in particular the email address, to which access and license documents are sent.

New digital purchases use the accepted version of the Digital Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy. These digital-specific terms control conflicting general wording for that purchase, subject to mandatory law. Earlier purchases retain the terms accepted at purchase.

The guide is read online. Humanoid source is delivered as a ZIP under the selected Creator, Commercial or Studio License, without ownership transfer or a repository invitation. The selected license controls usage rights.

Terms acceptance and immediate-delivery consent are separate required confirmations. Source-code purchases also require a license acknowledgement. General terms acceptance alone does not waive a withdrawal right. Digital supply may limit change-of-mind cancellation only where the applicable law permits it; remedies for defects, misdescription and non-delivery remain.

Download links work for 72 hours and up to five downloads; replacement links are available while the license remains active. Access to a guide included with a booked session does not remove the session cancellation promise.

Cancellation and refund requests can be sent by email to ruben@reznikov-eng.com, or by phone at 052-530-6308, and take effect upon receipt by the Operator.

A Customer who supplies any text, code, files or other content (for example for a build review) declares and warrants that they own all rights in that content or hold a lawful licence to use it. The Customer shall indemnify the Operator against any claim, demand or damage arising from infringement of intellectual-property or other third-party rights in content supplied by the Customer.

All rights in the Site and its contents - including designs, images, texts, code and trademarks - belong to the Operator or its licensors. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the Operator's prior written consent. Rights in purchased source code are only those granted by the selected license.

• •The services and products are provided As-Is, beyond what the selected license and mandatory law provide.
• •In any event, the Operator's liability to the Customer shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
• •The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damage or loss of profits of any kind.
• •The Site may contain links to external sites. The Operator is not responsible for their content, products or policies.

Digital purchase records also include accepted document versions and wording, consent times, supplied country, payment references and available delivery, access and download events. Necessary records for delivery, accounting and disputes remain even when optional analytics are disabled. IP address is not sole evidence of country.

• •When you place an order or contact us we collect information you provide - such as name, email, phone number and order details - in order to process the order, respond, and provide the service.
• •Optional analytics uses browser storage rather than tracking cookies. Essential services, including sign-in and payment providers, may use their own storage.
• •Only after you allow analytics, we collect page visits, button and link clicks, active reading time, scroll depth, device type and referring source to improve the Site. We use a random visit identifier in sessionStorage and a daily changing visitor hash. Measurement does not collect form contents and is not used for advertising or marketing emails. Records are processed by our Apex service hosted on Railway and stored using Supabase. Detailed events are kept for 90 days.
• •Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Decline and Allow are equally available, and closing the notice does not give permission. Reopen Privacy settings at any time to withdraw permission. Your choice and its date are stored in localStorage for up to 180 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off. Essential website, security, order and account processing continue independently of this choice.
• •Payment is processed by our payment providers. Card details are handled by the provider and are not stored with us. We retain the order and payment references needed for delivery, support and accounting.
• •We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Service providers (such as payment, hosting and email) may be used strictly to deliver the service.
• •We take reasonable measures to secure the information, though absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
• •You may contact us at any time to review, correct or delete your personal information at ruben@reznikov-eng.com.

The Customer undertakes to indemnify the Operator for any damage, expense or claim arising from the Customer's breach of these terms, unauthorized use of the Site, or content the Customer supplied.

Israeli law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections or court rights applicable to the consumer.

• •Should a court find any provision of these terms invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• •The Operator may amend these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from its publication on the Site.
