Accessibility Statement

The site is built to the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Current status: partial conformance. We test and fix keyboard use, form labels, contrast and status messages. Internal checks are not a certification of full conformance. Known limitations are listed in section 4.

• •Full keyboard navigation, with a clear visible focus indicator.
• •A "Skip to content" link at the start of every page.
• •Semantic structure: heading hierarchy, page landmarks, labelled form fields and tables with column headers.
• •The page language is declared, so screen readers pronounce the text correctly.
• •Alternative text for informative images; decorative images and effects are hidden from screen readers.
• •The operating system's "reduce motion" setting is respected: animations, particles and 3D backgrounds stop automatically.
• •Colour contrast suited to reading on a dark background, and text that can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
• •Form error messages are linked to their field and announced by screen readers.
• •The site uses no tracking cookies and shows no pop-ups that interfere with use.

The site is tested in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, and is designed to work with common screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver. For the best experience, use an up-to-date browser and screen reader.

Some parts of the site contain visual content that cannot be made fully accessible by its nature. Each one comes with an accessible alternative that gives the same information and lets you complete the same action:

• •The agent display on the Apex page is an interactive graph and a visual demonstration.
  Alternative: all 18 agents are available as a list of buttons for screen readers and keyboard navigation, and open exactly the same information panel.
• •Demo videos and reels may not include captions.
  Alternative: what each product includes is described in text on the same page.
• •Payment is completed in the payment provider's own window (PayPal, PayPlus), whose accessibility we do not control. If you cannot complete a payment, contact us and we will help you complete the purchase another way.
• •Automated testing does not fully replace human testing. Individual issues may exist that we have not found; we fix every reported issue within the time frame in section 5.
